530 Photography is currently supporting Storytelling Arts, Inc. (SAI). SAI is a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization that works with students, parents, teachers, and families throughout New Jersey. For many students, the door to success is found through participation in arts-in-education programs. SAI is focused on opening that door for ALL students!

Storytelling is an effective teaching tool across the curriculum for all levels of students. The use of storytelling has been proven to enhance literacy and communication skills on all levels for all students regardless of background or academic ability. It also provides a prime vehicle for participants to assess and interpret events and experiences - stimulating the imagination and sharing diverse cultural values. Storytelling, because of its intensive interactive nature, develops an individual’s character, responsibility, and ethics – helping those served to become the best people they can be.
